Tangiwai Kohu and Wayne Kaiawe are experienced capable and friendly providers of assistance to Queensland participants living with a disability.

Originally from New Zealand, we bring our easy-going nature, great sense of humour and ability to provide meaningful care to everything we do.

To help connect, build and sustain a contented group of participants who, whilst in our care receive the best service we can provide, delivered in a personal, caring and meaningful way.

We have over 20 years’ experience working in larger organisations and know that the level of care we want to provide is different to this. We enjoy what we do, but most of our reward is in seeing out participants smile knowing that they look forward to seeing us arrive.

IROAM is a newly registered NDIS provider with its service providers having more than 20 years’ experience in delivering quality and personal home care and support to the people living with disabilities or illness.
